Received Charles F. Trainor Award and the Locke L. Mouton Award for Excellence in Community Relations from the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers.

Identified key customer targets, developed value propositions,  and sales objectives for each market segment, and modifying strategy annually to achieve goals.

 

Coordinated, scheduled, and attended all national trade shows (25/year), including designing trade show booths, identify targets, training staff, and exceeding all goals for lead generation.

Authored marketing, advertising, and website content, brochures, presentations, and branding plans.

 

Promoted to Marketing Manager. 

Government Proposals

Responded to Government and Agency RPFs with multi-volume proposals. Prepared copy, elements of the technical approach, cost,  charts, graphics, resumes, videos, and presentations. 

 

Trained the in-house presentation teams (3-day training course - rehearsals, role playing, presentation materials) on making presentations that have secured numerous multi-million dollar deals for the company.

Key contributor in the company's aggressive growth from a $10 million to a $200 million company.
